These tapas are so yummy and come together effortlessly:) Thanks for re-blogging, Christine!
I love tapas, thanks sharing Peri’s amazing recipes and introducing her blog. Also, loving the new header! 🙂
You had me at “pitcher of sangria.”
I know, right? Mmmmmm, sangria. Emeril has a pretty tasty recipe, which is what I prepare for almost any gathering I have.
Ooo. I’ll have to check that out. I’ve never actually made my own sangria; I’ve only enjoyed it myself. But it’d be so nice to have at a summer party! (Or if we’re honest, a fall, winter, or spring party, too.)
Here it is!

I always double the recipe. Also, I cut up extra fruit and freeze them. I use the frozen fruit as ‘ice cubes’ to keep the sangria cold. It is better than ice, because it doesn’t dilute the sangria. I also add slices of star fruit to make it extra pretty. Oh, and who needs a party?
Thanks for the link! Will definitely be trying this one. And what a brilliant idea to freeze the fruit and use it as “ice cubes!” Genius. And you’re right…who needs a party? It’s probably a wise idea to keep some on hand at all times.
